Review pending approvals
Decide held actions with the agent, policy, trust, and evidence in view.
Approvals should be evidence-based
When an agent pauses for review, the reviewer should see the business reason, attempted action, destination, policy trigger, trust context, and available evidence before deciding.

Reviewing a held action
Use Operations Command Center or the approval queue to understand the requested action and why it was held. The reviewer should inspect the agent trust profile, policy decision, destination, and available evidence before deciding.
Approve only when the action is expected and supported by evidence. Deny or escalate when the action is unfamiliar, too broad, or missing context.
