Handle an agent trust drop

Respond when an agent drifts, loses trust, or starts requiring human review.

Treat drift as a review prompt

A trust drop does not always mean the agent is broken. It means recent behavior no longer matches the expected pattern closely enough for the same level of autonomy.

Trust Profiles explain why an agent has earned autonomy and when it needs review.

Reviewing the trust change

Start in the agent profile and review the event that changed the score. Pay attention to whether the action used a new tool, destination, scope, amount, or data class.

If related approvals are waiting, review them before restoring autonomy. Tighten policy or connector scope when the action should not repeat, and approve only when the evidence supports the action.
