Troubleshoot login, Turnstile, and common access issues

Resolve common sign-in, verification, invite, and browser problems.

Start with the account state

Most access issues come from an incomplete invite, the wrong workspace, missing role assignment, expired verification, or a browser extension blocking verification scripts. Start with the user invite before changing policies or roles.

Common fixes

For invite and access problems, confirm the person accepted the latest invite for the correct work email and still has the right role. Many “missing access” issues come from being in the wrong workspace or using an older invite.

If Turnstile does not load, try a private browser window with extensions disabled and confirm the browser allows scripts from challenges.cloudflare.com. If the issue persists, support will need the browser, workspace, and approximate time.

What to include in a ticket

Include the affected email, organization name, page URL, time of failure, visible error message, and whether the issue happens in a private browser window.
