Understand plan limits and upgrades

See why an action is limited and who can change the organization plan.

Read the limit where it applies

Iron Gorilla shows plan guidance next to limited actions such as creating more agents, keeping longer audit history, adding environments, choosing priority routing, or configuring enterprise identity.

Upgrade or ask an administrator

Organization administrators can follow the upgrade path when a higher plan is available. Other members see an Ask an admin action so the person who owns billing can review the change.

A plan message does not mean your existing agents stopped working. It explains the limit on the action you are trying to take.
